Venue Announcement!!

  • By Kier

Sound Tracks 2013 is hurtling towards us like a runaway Class 378 Capitalstar, and we’re getting pretty damn excited about it. The East London Line’s recent extension has allowed us to take Sound Tracks into new territory and sample the delights of Peckham and beyond, and we’ve got a HUGE range of events planned in our favourite spots north of the river too. We’ll have more for you later, but here are some of the highlights.

Sound Tracks is back

  • By Kier

Get your Oyster cards topped up quick! That’s right, Sound Tracks rolls back into town this May and is sure to provide 2013′s most unique festival experience.

2011′s event was a huge success, with over thirty acts performing in Dalston, Shoreditch and New Cross, as well as on the actual trains running between each venue. There’d never been an event quite like it in London before, and we couldn’t wait to do it all again.

Unfortunately we had to give last year a miss because of some big international Sports Day that proved rather popular, and clogged up East London for a long period. However, we’re back for 2013 and, thanks to the expansion of the East London Line into Peckham and beyond, we’re going to be even bigger and better this time around. More details will be announced very soon, but the date for your diaries is 11 May 2013.

If you weren’t on board in 2011 then take a look at the video below to see what you missed, and don’t forget to give us a thumbs up on Facebook (and a follow on Twitter). We’ll be spreading exciting news on both very soon…
